A diagnostic visit may be required to determine the cause of an appliance malfunction. You will receive a clear, upfront estimate before any repair work begins. 5. Payment Terms

6. Parts and Warranty

Where genuine OEM parts are used, any manufacturer part warranty is passed through in accordance with the part manufacturer’s terms.
